The company
How the group runs.
MultaEnhavo has been a registered company since 2025 and belongs to Nico Thomas Henkel. It holds four brands, in media and software.
01 · Positioning
More good stuff in the world.
MultaEnhavo makes a lot — on purpose. Content, music, photography, software: whatever we’re curious about and think is good, we build. We’d rather start ten things and finish the right ones than wait for the one perfect idea.
The standard behind it is simple: ship good stuff that’s actually cool — and leave the corner of the world we work in a little better than we found it. Whether that’s a video, a track, or a piece of software that makes someone’s day easier.
It all runs under one name because it all comes from the same attitude: curious, honest, and not afraid of wanting several things at once.
02 · Operations
What it runs on.
- One foundation.
Every brand runs on the same base: containerised, hosted in Germany, with automated routines behind it.
- One substructure for all.
Navigation, footer and colours come from one place. Change something there and it changes on every site.
- In our own hands.
We handle operations and deployment ourselves. We don’t just build things — we keep them running.
03 · Principles
How we tick.
Not a mission statement for the wall — just how we actually work.
- 01Many fronts, on purpose.
We’ve always got several things going at once. Not chaos — on purpose. One project usually sparks the idea for the next.
- 02Out beats perfect.
We ship things instead of polishing them forever. Whatever sits in a drawer helps nobody.
- 03Real over polished.
We show things as they are, even when something breaks. Glossy with no substance — others can have that.
- 04Build it, run it.
From the video to the server, we do most of it ourselves. If we ship it, we get it — and we can fix it when it breaks.
- 05A person, not an apparatus.
A human with a name decides here, not a committee. Short paths, no approval rounds.
04 · History
How this whole thing started.
MultaEnhavo started in 2025 — with one head that had too many interests for a single project. A photo blog had been running since 2018. That one later became LumeraPixel.
Video, music, photography, code — all at once, and none of it wanted to wait. Instead of picking one thing, we just built a roof over all of it: one name where everything fits, without founding a new company for every idea.
Out of that early mess, four brands took shape over time, each with its own presence. All of them belong, all of them are MultaEnhavo. And more is on the way.
05 · Leadership
Nico Thomas Henkel
Founder & owner · MultaEnhavo

I run MultaEnhavo as founder and owner — I set the direction, make the calls, and put my name behind it.
I trained as a freight-forwarding merchant, then earned the IHK certification as an IT specialist. Logistics and IT — two worlds that explain fairly well how I run the company: thinking in systems and processes, yet always building something of my own.
The common thread is ADHD. A head that won’t settle on one thing runs a company that can do several things at once.
So behind MultaEnhavo there’s no agency and no anonymous team, but one person with a clear course.
